WHAT WE TEACH
Our Training Programs
Five structured training paths — from first class to competition-ready — built on traditional Shotokan Karate and practical self-defense.
Ages 10+
Shotokan Karate
Our foundation program rooted in traditional Japanese Shotokan Karate — the same discipline practiced worldwide for over a century. Students build technical precision through structured, progressive training.
- Kihon — fundamental strikes, blocks, and stances
- Kata — traditional forms building memory and control
- Kumite — controlled sparring under instructor supervision
- Belt grading system with clear progression milestones
